Terms + Conditions

Booking & Payment

Full payment is required to secure your booking. Your date is not confirmed until payment is received.

Priority bookings within 24 hours are subject to a $150 rush fee and availability.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made 48+ hours before your scheduled setup are eligible for either:

  • a 50% refund, or

  • a full credit to be used within 6 months

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled setup are non-refundable.

Once setup has begun, all payments are final.

Access to Space

The client is responsible for ensuring access to the space at the scheduled time. This includes coordinating with hotels, front desks, or property managers if needed.

Prepared + Placed does not book or manage hotel rooms or event spaces. The client is fully responsible for securing the location, reservation details, and access at the scheduled time.

If access is not available upon arrival, the booking may be canceled without refund.

Setup & Breakdown

Prepared + Placed handles full setup prior to your arrival and returns the following day to remove all items and reset the space.

All items must remain in the space until retrieval. The client is responsible for ensuring access for breakdown at the agreed-upon time.

Items must be available for retrieval within 24 hours of setup. If access is not provided within that timeframe, an extended booking fee of $175 per night will apply until items are recovered.

Items Included & Client Keepsakes

All rental items (decor, glassware, trays, styling pieces, etc.) remain the property of Prepared + Placed and will be collected during breakdown.

Clients may keep:

  • any gifted items arranged as part of the setup

  • food and beverages

  • fresh florals

Damages or Missing Items

Clients are responsible for any damaged, missing, or removed items. Replacement or repair fees may be charged as needed.

Items should not be removed, relocated, or used outside of their intended purpose.

Food & Beverage Disclaimer

Any food or beverages provided are intended for immediate enjoyment. Prepared + Placed is not responsible for food safety once items have been delivered and left on-site.

Alcohol Disclaimer

By selecting any alcohol add-ons, you confirm that all individuals consuming alcohol are 21 years of age or older.

Prepared + Placed is not responsible for the consumption, misuse, or effects of alcohol after delivery.

Liability

Prepared + Placed is not liable for any injuries, damages, or incidents that occur during or after the setup once the space has been delivered.

Additional Notes

All lighting elements are battery-operated. While we regularly check and replace batteries, Prepared + Placed is not responsible if batteries diminish during the event.

We reserve the right to make adjustments to setups if necessary due to space limitations, access issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Agreement

By booking, you agree to the above terms and understand that every setup is designed to create a seamless, special experience from start to finish.
