Access & Timing
Placements are completed shortly after the guest has checked in and vacated the room. Access must be coordinated in advance, as Prepared + Placed does not hold hotel keys or provide entry without permission.
Hotel Accommodations
The client is responsible for booking and securing the hotel or short-term rental. Prepared + Placed does not provide accommodations.
What You Keep
Guests keep all consumable items, including beverages, florals intended as keepsakes, cards, bath items, and select decor pieces specified in the package.
What Is Retrieved
Decor elements, vessels, candles, trays, and styling pieces are collected unless otherwise noted. These items remain the property of Prepared + Placed.
Discretion & Respect for Property
All placements are designed to respect hotel policies and the integrity of the space. No adhesives, permanent alterations, or hotel property modifications are used.
Coverage Area
Placements are available within 30 miles of our service hub in the DFW area. Additional travel fees apply beyond this radius.
